Although this is a little easier and it uses a really good plugin to help the blog owner approve your comment as a good one and one that is helping their site as apposed to the usual one line comment such as "great site" etc. Anyway, have a look through this video it shows the process I use to place comments on blogs using the "keywordLuv" plugin. You see, the keywordluv plugin gives a dofollow backlink to your website if the comment you offer to the webmasters blog is useful to them.
